How It Works...
Roam is a virtually operated, web and telephone based service. There is no store to visit-we come to you!
Visit our website at www.roamrides.com, or call our toll free reservations line at 888-760-ROAM.
Reserve the Vespa, Bicycle or Skateboard of your choice (If you enter your information online the checkout process is faster.)
Know that once you reserve your ride, you can count on it being ready for you at the scheduled time, our reservations system is real time all the time.
We will deliver your ride to you at the appointed destination (your hotel, residence or just a convenient spot for you) at the scheduled time. There is never a delivery or pickup charge or fee.
The checkout process will be completed on-site, we will ask you to sign the rental agreement and leave a deposit on your credit card at the time of rental which will be refunded upon return of the ride.
If you are renting a scooter, your ride will arrive with a full tank of gas. There is no need to return with a full tank, we will take care of it for you. There is never a fuel surcharge on any scooter rental!
When you are finished, we will pick up your ride at the designated time and location. If you would like we will take a picture of you and your newly beloved ride and email it to you along with your receipt.
